Recently, our clients have asked us to answer questions like:

     1) What are leaders in the energy industry thinking and doing?

     2)  How are the best leaders succeeding?

The 2012 Energy Leadership Project is our annual commitment to assess the strengths of the Charlotte, NC region, and distribute those results to all thought leaders and participants

You can be involved in four ways:

  1.  Survey   2.  Interview   3.  Conversation     4.  Promotion

1.  Survey.  Do you know the top 5 behavioral competencies of the most successful energy industry leaders?  Do you know what leaders need?  Take this confidential survey before February 29, 2012.  You will be immediately rewarded with your results, plus anonymous data from all others who have taken the survey. The executive summary will be posted here and at our blog in March, 2012 for your review.  There are 26,000+ energy industry workers in our area.  How do you "match up"?   Click here.
