Managing Relationships, or Emotional Intelligence 101

The 12 Foundations of Leadership
This provocative seminar is designed for leaders who want to learn how to make a difference and guide their organizations to higher levels of success. Using a combination of experiential activities, presentations, and group brainstorming, leaders are given the opportunity to deeply explore the challenges of leaders today, and how to develop practical insights essential for your growth.

Each session is at least 4 hours in length, and can be customized to 3 days.

3. Adventure Training Programs

Outdoor and indoor expeditions (1-7 days) designed to help your team embrace new challenges with more passion. Activities may include adventure racing, rock climbing, whitewater paddling, mountain biking, team building initiatives. Most programs are ' based on the Passionate Action Model.

The Passionate Action model has 5 steps. They are:

Teambuilding

We all know that people are more productive when they practice productive behaviors. Our role is to help you determine those productive behaviors, and then train you and your colleagues so that we can all improve our interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. We employ the action learning model of doing, reflecting, learning and improving in all of our course designs. Our teambuilding training days are filled with fun activities that help your team become a cohesive, productive unit.
